How Field Teams Use AppliTrack

Ferguson PMs, installers, and 3PL carriers work the dedicated project boards that break down work by project, date, and team assignments with complete scope of work details.

  • Daily schedules with assigned trucks, hours, and order numbers
  • Installers see full daily scope for every project they're working
  • Real-time updates, photos, and issue resolution in project updates section
  • Collaborate and communicate using board instant messaging, @tags, emails, and files
  • Time-stamped activity logs and Excel export capability
From pre-site walkthroughs to final punch lists, AppliTrack ensures nothing is missed.

AppliTrack Service Boards

Dedicated AppliTrack Service Boards give Ferguson a centralized hub for tracking every service-related item across all active projects from the first service call to final resolution. Each service item is organized by project, then drilled down by building, floor, unit, and specific appliance, so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.

Service boards operate primarily behind the scenes, managed by the Ferguson team, but provide a clean, real-time view of service status and progress that can be shared with stakeholders at any point. Built-in automations and safeguards flag overdue items, missing documentation, and stalled workflows so every service call is tracked from open to close.

All relevant data is captured in one place:

  • Organized by project → building → floor → unit → appliance for precise tracking
  • Automated alerts prevent open items from aging without action
  • Complete communication trail from initial call through resolution
  • Seamlessly linked to project boards so install and service history stay connected
Service boards give Ferguson and our clients confidence that every issue is documented, tracked, and moving toward resolution - with full accountability at every step.

Punch List Management

Punch list tracking is built directly into AppliTrack project boards, giving Ferguson teams a consistent, real-time record of outstanding items, responsible parties, and completion status for every unit. But we don't stop there.

Ferguson actively works within builder-specific punch platforms to meet developers and GCs where they already operate. Whether that's Procore, BuilderTrend, or another punch management tool mandated by the builder, our team integrates into those workflows to ensure punch items are acknowledged, actioned, and closed out as quickly as possible.

  • Punch items documented with photos, notes, and timestamps in AppliTrack
  • Parallel tracking in builder-specified platforms (Procore, BuilderTrend, etc.)
  • Clear accountability—every open item has an owner and a due date
  • Fast closeout process minimizes delays to project completion and final payment
  • Service and punch history remain linked, so repeat issues are easy to identify
By integrating workflows across AppliTrack and builder platforms, Ferguson makes sure punch items never fall through the cracks and are closed out as quickly as possible.
